Do I really have to activate it?
No. It is optional. A site can remain online without this service, but the technical work remains your responsibility: hosting, domain, updates and any minor changes. It makes sense to activate it when you prefer to focus on your work.
What modifications are included in the 19 €/month?
Light updates (texts, images, hours, contacts, small graphic tweaks) and basic technical maintenance. New developments, complete redesigns or additional modules are not included: those are agreed upon separately.
Can I suspend and reactivate?
Yes. The management is designed to be flexible: it is activated when continuous service is needed, and suspended when for a period it is enough to keep the site as it is. Without penalties, unless specific agreements.
What is NOT included?
Major developments, new complex sections, new integrations, complete redesigns, management systems, automations, development of new modules are not included. All these things are evaluated as separate projects.
How does the payment work?
The payment is made online through a secure checkout. No card data is saved by us. Before proceeding, you provide the essential data and we check together that the package is the right one for your starting point.
Can I change or expand the package later?
yes. The Kitsune logic is evolutionary: start from the package most suitable now, and when the need grows we add modules, automations, or management tools on top of the base you already have. You don't have to start over from scratch.
