Privacy policy
This policy describes how Shinra Digital handles data from the website, the portal, and the Shinra Platform Android app.
Data processed
Depending on the functions used, account and contact data, business profile, user-entered customers, orders and inventory, invoices and tax data, newsletter content, site settings, support requests, and files or images selected by the user may be processed.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to create and protect the account, provide the requested functions, manage assistance and contractual relationships, fulfill administrative and tax obligations, and prevent abuse. The legal bases are execution of the contract or pre-contractual measures, legal obligations, legitimate interest in security, and, when required, consent.
Providers and communication
Data may be processed by technical providers necessary for hosting, sending emails, authentication, and payments, within the limits of the requested function. Tax data may be communicated to the parties required by law. Shinra Digital does not sell personal data and does not integrate advertising SDKs in the Android app.
Storage and security
Operational data remain available for the duration of the account and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Administrative, accounting, and tax documents can be kept for at least 10 years and, if necessary, beyond this period until the completion of assessments. Communications use HTTPS, and the app locally protects session data through the device's secure mechanisms.
Rights and deletion
The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability where provided by law. The dedicated procedure for deleting accounts and data is available on the Account Deletion page.
