E-commerce and order management

Sell online and manage catalogue, stock, orders and shipping in the same place where you keep customers and invoices.

What it solves

The online shop almost always stays an island: orders in one platform, stock in a spreadsheet, invoices in another program and customers in a chat. Every sale gets copied three times.

Who needs it?

Shops, makers, producers and businesses that sell products and do not want a second system just for orders.

How Shinra solves it

The sales module is switched on inside Shinra: catalogue, stock, orders, payments, fulfilment, shipping and returns stay connected to the same customers and the same invoicing.

Possible modules

Catalogue with variants and pricesStock levels and warehouse movementsOrders and fulfilment statusOnline payments with StripeShipping, labels and trackingReturns and refunds linked to the orderPublic storefront managed from the CMSInvoices linked to the orders

Quick questions

Do you always need online checkout?

No. You can publish the catalogue and collect enquiries, and switch on payments and shipping only when you actually need them.

Do I have to manage orders in another program?

No. Orders, stock, customers and invoices are in the same platform: that is the reason the module exists.

Can I also sell in a physical shop?

The point of sale is not available yet. Today Shinra covers online sales, stock and the administrative side connected to them.
